Well friend is coming down today as we are using his car on the Tgiving trip. Mine would probably make it, but I would rather not put it to the test, if I don't have to.
That's it though with the diphendrymine I sometimes take for sleep. I had really odd dreams last night..one was my cousin and fam moving just down the street from me. This was in my old house though which was a townhouse community with people in close proximity. Then some kid came by and said I was being targeted by a missle. He showed me what I was looking at on a screen..and it didn't make sense to me. Anyway, other weird things happened in the dream. Other things also happened as a result of taking this..so I just can not take it anymore. I should throw the bottle away. It's a pain though as it can be really effective.

It supposedly can cause dementia in the elderly too. I sure as heck don't need that.

Yeah, this is kind of noted for that in older people.

I don't know which is worse..not being able to sleep or taking that pill and having such weird dreams.
Hope you have a safe trip and a wonderful thanksgiving.

There are other things I can take. I don't need to rely on that, but it seems like everything has something wrong with it. Have you heard the latest about melatonin supposedly being bad for you?

I have weird dreams; and I don't take anything. If it can cause dementia, though, I'd stop taking it.

I don't take a sleeping aid, and I have wild dreams sometimes anyway. I didn't used to have so many of them, but now most of them involve hospital nightmares or son getting super sick again, so I don't think I would take one even if it was recommended.
I hope you have a safe and happy Thanksgiving, Snowy.
