What's for dinner? November 30

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! As usual I have way too much food in the fridge. Whatever I can't even get stressed out about it any longer. I like to cook, I live alone, and I never know what I'm going to be in the mood to have. I freeze leftovers, share with coworkers, etc. If I have to toss extras then it is what it is. At least I am able to pay for it all. Tonight I'm making the Turkey Pot Pie Gratin from Skinnytaste. It looks really good and of course I already have everything on hand. I'm not a fan of canned vegetables but I do keep canned peas/carrots in the cabinet for pot pies. I can't tell the difference from frozen in that application. I love a good puff pastry or homemade pie crust on a pot pie but you'll never see me say no to potatoes in any form. So that's what is happening here. I'll have some salad on the side to get some more vegetables into my life. What are YOU having? Do tell!
