I Made The Family Room Cold

I didn't mean to and it was very worth it. But it's nice that it's warming back up now. I made chicken and dumplings today. The thermostat is on the opposite wall from the stove. So the heat from the burner was keeping the kitchen warmer and the furnace didn't kick on. I did eat too much this evening. Got the laundry done and put away. Did the few dishes we had. Got all of the grandkids presents wrapped and hubbies. That's enough for today. Tomorrow I might wrap some of the adult kids gifts. We did get up to 33 for a little bit with sunshine. It melted the white crap back some but we can still see it

Cooking hot meals helps a lot to keep the room warm. This is what I try to do in winter.
