107 days until spring.
Sorry I'm so late. After a couple of days without sleep, I kept falling asleep this morning.
I did manage to get my bank statements and half of my 2026 calendar done yesterday. Now I just need to finish the calendar and start working on 2025 taxes. Yuck.
I cancelled my Friday appointment with the urologist and rescheduled in January.
If you'd like to exchange Christmas cards, please let me know. You are all very special to me.
Breakfast - Oatmeal nut bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Roast beef sandwich, potato salad, yogurt
Dessert/Snack - Natural brownie
Dinner - Buffalo chicken/vegan cheese sandwich and some Thanksgiving sides

@LindaOHio Yes, I have a recipe from an old Betty Crocker cookbook for lasagna that I have made for years. It is tasty.

Last night's supper: butternut squash slices with honey, deviled egg subbing in avocado for mayo and canned peas. Ice cream bar.
I started the day with half a fig bar package. Exercised in the pool for 35 minutes then drove to the drive through on our favorite coffee shop and somehow managed to eat an apple fritter.

I stayed home yesterday because of the sn*w, so it was Progresso beef vegetable soup with rice, yogurt, fiber, apples, and applesauce.

How do you fix the fiber? I take a tablespoon full of fiber powder in my flavored water. (Quart jugs of water.)

I got the second smoked turkey deboned yesterday evening and put in the freezer. I divided the meat into dark and light bags this time since Pretty won't eat dark meat. I'll be looking at different ways to fix it so she won't complain about eating it and will help me eat it.
Later, I'll need to bundle up the kitchen and bathroom trash so they can be taken out.
I had a hot ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast, no lunch and smoked turkey with steamed green beans and broccoli for my supper last night.

Well sleep is needed, so understandable... We do exchange cards...or at least have in the past! I always end up getting behind on sending them on time but I still do it lol

I am glad to read that you got some sleep. I finally got some, too--I have been dragging lately. It felt so good.
