Good evening from a very cold Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's 16 F and feels like -3 F. Tomorrow we'll wake up to even colder temperatures. We will be in the single digits at the usual time I wake up around 4 AM.
It was a good day today.
I'm thankful I could go rock painting today. It is also payday, so I went to the bank which is right across the street from the ADRC where I went for rock painting. My friend picked me up at 9 this morning and I got home shortly after 3. I painted two rocks today. One Christmas themed and the other without a theme. I don't have pictures of them yet.
I'm thankful I could spend a little time with you. Not much. I'm way behind on the notifications. I'll try to get caught up tomorrow, but might not happen until Friday.
I'm thankful I worked on Firestorm when I got home. I got a lot done on it, having subdivided one chapter into three chapters. I just finished working on it for today. It will be late tomorrow when I'll have a chance to work on it again.
I'm thankful I have all my bills paid. I almost forgot as I always pay them on payday. I just took care of them.
Okay, that's my day.
Tomorrow is going to be busy. I have chiropractor tomorrow - I need it. Then I'm taking my neighbor out to lunch for her birthday. I also have shopping to do. I don't know when I'm going to get home tomorrow. If we get back early enough, Canasta is at noon. I told one of the women who plays every Thursday that we might not be there tomorrow. We're playing it by ear.
What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. The image belongs to me.

@just4him Having a roof put on is a huge trust exercise. Obviously I can't get up on the roof to inspect their work. The workers appeared competent and their price was quite reasonable. I am grateful we had the money and found what appears to be a decent local company.

I'm thankful my heat is fixed (just needed new batteries in the thermostat). It's going to be 12 tonight. Brrrr.

That all sounds like good things to be thankful for. Rock painting sounds like fun...a Christmas themed rock would be a fun one to do too.

It was, and considering the texture of the rock, it turned out pretty good.

@MommyOfEli2013 Yes, they can. I still need to take a picture of it.

@just4him I never thought of doing a holiday themed rock...that is interesting for sure. Rock textures can be tough to work with.
