After the glowing recommendation by Lenore Plassman @sallypup I decided to try magnesium spray to help with relaxation and sleep. I think it is somewhat helpful. I got to sleep fast, but woke up about 1 something...but the difference is I was able to relax immediately and go back to sleep..no lying awake for hours until I feed the kitty, and can back to sleep. I also sometimes have a bit of discomfort with my rotatator cuff..at least I think that is what it is..and no issues with it last night. So, yeah I think it is good. and also moisturizers your skin. It isn't a cure all in my opinion, but it is a big help. Do you use anything to help you sleep?

I use ashwagandha it seems like magnesium. I take it in the evening’s and it keep my sleeping schedule straight once l decide to and would sleep soundly through the night. No more waking in the middle of night anymore and l feel rested the next day.

I use a magnesium lavender essential roll on , and it really helps my lower back and neck relax. I take Magnesium Glycinate because it is a natural muscle relaxer, sure, but that also helps prevent migraines. My neurologist recommended that. I got a lot of magnesium cream for free, and I do use it, and gave some to my nurse friend and someone else I don’t think knew how helpful it can be. It definitely relaxes me when I’m in some pain, but it takes a lot to actually get me to sleep, and I don’t think it’s actually done that.

Yeah, might not be a panacea, but it does seem good.

Well, not sure I would say that honestly because the melatonin works well, but it sure doesn't hurt! I think I will mention to my mother though as she has a lot of aches and pains.

I have heard of this, but not tried it. Maybe I will at some point.

Vince puts lavender oil on a hankie and sleeps with that on his pillow. He swears it helps.
