Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 27 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is just 37. I hate winter and technically it isn't even winter yet.
I was up at 4:30am which was a half hour before I set my alarm for. 
It is going to be a loooooooong day. I'm about to head out to work. The baking club has a bake sale today so I've got to be there early to set everything up. I'm having the students work independently today so hopefully it will be an easy day for me. We shall see.
After work I have 1 hour of tutoring. . . if the mother doesn't cancel on me again. I'm not holding my breath. Then I have to get going on the cookies for tomorrow's cookie swap. I am not about to try to double or quadruple the recipe so I'm just going to do 4 batches. That sounds like fun, right?
What's everyone else up to today?

I have three VA packages coming, and an Amazon order. Plus, we got nearly five inches of sn*w yesterday, so I stayed home. Cleaning house a little.

Good morning. It is 43F in my part of Missouri this morning. Our temp is supposed to steadily drop throughout the day to 37F by this afternoon. We have solid cloud cover right now but that's supposed to clear off and be sunny by this afternoon.
I hope the bake sale goes well today. Try to have some fun, too.

Hope the bake sale is a big success and that your day goes smoothly.
Making 4 batches sounds like a lot of work but some recipes are hard to double up on.

When I make biscuits/cookies I usually do a double lot. The ones I make freeze well.
