97 days until spring!
Went and picked up my will yesterday. The lawyer surprised me by giving me a $150 break on the price. Also went to the Title Bureau and transferred title of the Subaru to cousin #2. Now I can cancel the insurance and get the car out of the driveway. Glad to get those two errands out of the way.
There is a winter s**w warning for us; but I doubt we will get more than a couple of inches. Some areas south of us may get 10". It's going to get very cold over the next few days; but on Thursday it will be 48!!!!!!! It should melt all the white crap.
I proposed an idea to cousin #2; and she readily agreed. She will come over on New Year's Day and make a pork roast, sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. Yum!!! Do you follow that tradition on New Year's Day?
I hadn't planned on buying any tickets for the $1 billion PowerBall; but cousin #2 is buying us some tickets.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast and gravy, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, biscuit and applesauce
Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie
Dinner - Dairy Queen Chicken Strips Box, Texas toast, fries (no salt)
What did you eat yesterday?

I can't get over the texture of prawns/shrimp. I don't care for that "crunch".

I'm glad you'll get pork roast on New Years Day.
I don't make a big meal for New Year. Mom did when I was a kid but I never saw a reason to do that. (Mom also tried to get us to eat black eyed peas and cabbage that day but I didn't like that so wouldn't eat it.)
I ate a fiber brownie yesterday morning for breakfast, a slice of cheese for a snack, a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for lunch and made hamburger and pasta for dinner last night.

I've never had black-eyed peas; but they sound like something I'd like.

We’re not worried about sn*w here as much as COLD. It’s supposed to get into the single digits tonight and stay there for a couple of days.
I didn’t go out because of the sn*w we had Thursday night/Friday morning, but that doesn’t mean that I missed by chicken & cheese-stuffed baked potato!!!
I had that here, and grilled cheese & chicken veggie soup for dinner. Applesauce, yogurt, fiber, and a Peppermint Patty for dessert!

The weather keeps kind of cool here in Florida. I think all I am doing is eating, I had tater tots and some kielbasa, later two thin slice turkey sandwiches on wheat bread and of course ding dongs and ice cream sandwiches, We nade a pork roast in Latvia and Latvian style sauerkraut that gets simmered for hours on end until a golden color,

That sounds so good. I'm not supposed to have dairy anymore. Only vegan cheese. Sigh.
