Lunch Is Rescheduled

We are going to meet the girls on the 23rd. The forecast looks pretty good for that time. At least none of this extreme cold. It means I get to torture hubby by having him take me to do my shopping We did get to 20 today. It still wasn't warm feeling but better than the last couple of days. The only thing I did was make some fudge. Its now in the freezer. I will do a couple more batches before Christmas. I can make the buckeyes and freeze them too. Hope you had a good day.

We meet our friends on this Sunday, I have bought almost everything I need. Tomorrow I go out for some herbs, avocados and fresh fruits.

Back in the day I used to make tons of goodies, but I don't anymore. I make a very few. I don't really want them sitting around and we don't need them...and people bring them by for a gift, etc. I usually make cookies and a dessert for Christmas, but that's about all the sugar I want to handle at once.

I used to make a lot of stuff too. But now it's just a few batches of fudge, buckeyes and sometimes chocolate chip cookies.
