Eight days until Christmas. Two weeks until the new year. What will 2026 give you? As you look back on 2025, is it what you hoped it would be?
I'm getting anxious. The temperatures are on the rise. Today, we're in the low 30s, but tomorrow we're in the low 40s with rain. What will happen to my snow? Will I have a white Christmas? I'm praying for a change in the weather forecast for tomorrow.
Okay, so what are today's plans?
I'm leaving in two hours for rock painting. I know many of you enjoy seeing the new creations I come up with. I'm just as interested to know what I will paint next. Then tonight I have prayer in the third floor lounge. I'm hoping to have time to work on Faith to Believe when I get home today.

Love the snowman. 2025 was not what I expected since I lost my husband. It's been a rough year. No real plans for today.

Good afternoon. Nothing much going on here. Just me sleeping and talking on myLot.
I have chicken thawing for dinner tonight but I don't know what I'll make with it yet. I'm just craving chicken today.

Your snowman is so cute!!
We're supposed to get rain Thurs overnight into Friday so my fingers are crossed that our snow will disappear. Temps will be in the 50s which will feel like a heatwave compared to what it's been.
One thing on my "to do" list for today is to open a bunch of boxes from Amazan, sort through them and maybe start wrapping gifts. My dining room is a mess with all this stuff.

We're taking the car in for a service then we have to pick up our new glasses. Your rock is very pretty.
I check our forecast for this week and next, and unfortunately, it’s going to be around 60 degrees. I was really hopeful it would be chilly, and get me in the “Christmasey” mood.

Like that rock. They haven't had rock painting around here that I know of since 2018, unless they might have it at the Arts center, but I doubt it...because it is more of a recreational thing, and I know the rec center doesn't have it. Hope you get your snow for Christmas..looks like we will have rain, which I am not happy about since my guests are coming from out of town..at leat it probably won't be the whole day but we will see.
