Bright and sunny outside today. I may have to stop using my outlook mail. Microsoft is threatening me, saying I went over my storage limit for email. I have a bad habit of not deleting emails, and I get lots. They want to charge me, even though I deleted like 100,000 emails. I am not planning to pay them a dime, but I noticed about two weeks ago they put some kind of temporary authorization in my bank account. They have not deducted anything. I am going to switch to gmail..but I wonder what else I can do to keep from being charged? Would it help to send them an email? This is so disgusting really.

I could create another account I guess..but I am disgusted with OUtlook I think I just want to start using gmail. I have a similar address. It shouldn't be that much of change.

@LooeyVille I don't use the Gmail account as much as Outlook, but if this can't,t be resolved that is going to be my primary.

I guess switching to Microsoft 365 will get me out of this. We will see what they say. I have a legit phone number.

@snowy22315 Good luck. I have a legit phone number that I use every day, but Microsoft doesn't like it. They tell me to go out and buy a new phone with a different number.

@snowy22315 I have Microsoft 365. I wouldn't write without it. I don't know what it will do to help you with your e-mails.

We had a grey day, although the sun did come out for a bit now and again.
The extreme cold has passed, which is good.
There are flurries right now, but if the temperatures rise, that will change to rain, and we may end up having a green Christmas afterall.
I try to keep my email account at a manageable number.
I have many folders that I move emails to, especially for after I have paid a bill, which I have received from an email.

They can become unmanageable pretty quickly if you don't delete them. Trust me I know..

I didn't know there was a limit for email storage. I rarely delete my emails
Guess it wouldn't hurt to send them an email and find out what your options are

I am behind on deleting emails, but wow...you deleted 100,000, that's a lot! You could try making a new account with outlook, not sure if that would work but it might. I don't know if an actual person would read an email if you sent one. We all want a free email account, I know I do. I hope you can get it worked out, Snowy.
