It was a good Christmas! Was yours?

We had 73 relatives show up today, and it was a great time. We ate (pictured is the table of food with MOST of the dishes placed; at the table at the back you’ll also see all the crockpots of food), we all sang Christmas carols, and then my Uncle David read something he put together. Every cousin had shared with him an unknown snippet of something funny that had happened to us, and everyone called out who they thought it was while he read them off.
It was such a good time. This morning at my sister’s house went well too. Hudson got a kid’s turntable, and I marveled that they bought their own child an incredibly loud toy.

I worked with a woman who was the youngest of 11 which I thought was a lot but she didn't really know her oldest siblings as they'd already moved out on their own by the time she was born so she only met them on holidays.
230 sounds like a whole lot.

73 relatives, that was a full house, & a lot of food to make
sounds like you all had a great day together.
We didn't have any 1 come to visit so it was just the 2 of us
we ate a decent meal & watched some tv & that was it.

73 , that is impressive. I think I met all 20 family members in my life not close to 73 times.

I’ve got to think they will, but they actually got the idea from a friend whose child had one. Hudson saw it at the friend’s house, and just had a blast playing with it. And with Hudson’s problems, they really try to get what seems to resonate with him. I STILL wouldn’t have bought it.

I celebrated Christmas with my Christian friends who live three kms away from here. They sung carols.This we do every year atop a hillock at the outskirts of our town.

Wow, what a feast there! That's a big family. Ours was wonderful, Jay outdid himself with dinner. Everyone was here and well (we ate at Robert's Christmas Eve.)
