That pizza was disappointing

Yesterday, while out and about on a disappointing day where I got nothing accomplished, I did try that pizza place I was talking about with the 40 toppings. First of all, the piza crust was thin like a cracker..Say what? I don't think they had options for other crusts..Instead of asking what you wanted on the pizza you were directed to a sidebar, where they had various types. I ordered one side meat and then one side with veggies. Which again, was not asked which ones. Then I asked for a glaze, which I am pretty sure they didn't put on. Plus they had a tip right on the register, which I hated. It ended up being an expensive pizza with absolutely no leftovers...never again! What was the last time a pizza or any other meal disappointed you?

Maybe just now? I had this plant based chili I had heard so much about. I was waiting until I was really hungry, so I warmed it up, and gross. But that is disappointing about the pizza. It sounded so promising.

Sometimes when I eat out I am disappointed, but not lately. Sometimes it is just one thing, like the coffee that is not up to par. I hope today is a better day for you and I do not think I would try that pizza place again, either.

@snowy22315 Yeah, some places charge way too much for some dough and a few toppings.

Too many toppings was a warning sign to me, but I am sorry you were disappointed. The last time we visited an Indian restaurant where we used to go I was very disappointed by the food. The waiter later told us that the Chef left and they hired a new one in a hurry. I never went again.

Sounds like it certainly was disappointing as well as expensive. I hate when you are so looking forward to something and then it's not what you expected. I don't think I had anything recently that was disappointing.
