Don't why i loved snow before...

but now, no more.
It snowed today the whole day and the temperature was -3 Celsius degree or 26.6 F. Weather forecast anchors said that tomorrow will be even colder and that if you don't have to, don't go on a trip or inform yourself well.
I can still hear people shoveling their cars or their paths outside. Last winters were milder, rarely in minus.
I think the children were only happy today cause the winter vacation is still on for them. My heating was on and off today and using my electric heater, i would probably fall from the chair when i see a bill but walls are cold and they need heating, just as me.
Winter, go away. Please.

I also wish that cold winter and snow goes away since being inside a home in the cold is awful.

let's hope and for with no headaches. when it gets cold, i have small migraines. i actually had one yesterday, before my lunch, the worst combination.

I still love watching snow fall but as soon as it touches the ground and seems to stick, then I hate seeing it. As long as I don't HAVE to go outside, I don't mind it too much but I don't have to shovel it or walk in it anymore, either.
As a kid and a teen, I loved playing in it and mom couldn't keep any of the kids inside on a snowy day. We were always building snowmen or snow forts and having snowball fights...
I hated driving on it, though. I'm glad I'm retired and my daughter, Pretty, can't force me to go out and shovel the driveway or sidewalk... Two years ago she decided she wanted something from the store after we got about a foot of snow on the ground. I told her if she wanted, she could walk to the store or shovel the driveway herself but I wasn't doing it. She went out and started working on the driveway (and ruined the snow shovel) but came back in very quickly and I didn't hear any more about driving her to the store.

i also adored those snow fights, making a snowman and i didn't even mind falling on ice since i have some problems with my spine, knees and hips and since i'm no kid anymore, my perspective changed a lot. you took a stand with shoveling, that's good
i remember i used to shovel for my parents and my father rarely thanked me, only my mother and my sister didn't shovel even once so, yes, i wish i took a stand too but, again, i felt bored not helping at all.

@valherma00 Yes, she's my 37 year old daughter and my carer. She's been my carer for several years now.
I wish they would pay me disability but I could apply for Social Security now since I'm 62 years old and eligible for retirement funds now.

today was -7C.degrees (19.4 F) and we had an ice rain. i had to go to the store but i chose the closest in order not to slip on the ice and falling. thank you. winter is really harsh this year.

Maybe because as a kid you can play with it, or got a long vacation from school. Lol!
We don't have a snow in our country and I am not wishing to have one, I love summer.
And from watching American movies, when it snow people are having a lot of problems starting their cars, and it is very dangerous in the road. Anyway, keep safe and dont' catch the weather. God bless.

o, yes. movies show some reality as well. yes, i guess holidays were on my mind a lot back then. i am glad you don't have winter as a season. i started to like summer for some years now. it's good for my electiricity expenses and my skin enjoys free vitamin d. stay safe too

last winter, we had 5 or 6C.degrees the most. below zero, no way. yes, it is making us tired. yesterday, i even had a strong headache.
