Moving on up

I was just moved to the Observation Unit of the ER. The explanation that I've been given is that I will be closer to the doctors so they can monitor my progress more closely.
As I wrote earlier I've had the last magnesium infusion and the doctor I've been dealing with has no plans to do further bloodwork. He did request a consult with a hematologist. That doctor might request more bloods because, well, that is what they deal with.
So I might wind up staying overnight depending on if/what tests the hematologist requests. In any case I'm in a room now with actual walls and a side table. Don't get me wrong I'm still sitting cross-legged on the bed with my laptop in front of me.
We shall see.

No old man to listen to anymore, too. Actually, I’m surprised they still have ERs with curtains, with all the privacy laws now.

Oh goodness, I hope you're alright! I've been away from myLot for the past week, I'm going to have to go back and read all your discussions. Hang in there, we need you around!

Now you have to put up with people walking in and out of your room and not doing anything.
