We are almost half way into the first month of a new year - so how much success are you having with your New Year's resolutions ? That is if you made any.
Some people make very ambitious resolutions at the start of every new year - like, eating less, losing weight, making more money, being a better person etc.etc.
I used to have very lofty resolutions until l realised what works for me is setting reasonable goals and following through as best as l can with patience and consistency.
So what are your thoughts on New Year's resolutions ? Do you make them and break them?

I quit making resolutions for the new year about a hundred years or so ago. I'd get upset if I couldn't keep them and didn't like getting upset about something so silly.
I am mindful of things I say and do and try not to upset anyone.
I hope you're having a wonderful new year!

@Kandae11 I want things to calm down everywhere and for the US to stop doing crazy things.
Thank you!

I don't make them, but I do try to work on my goals.

Happy New Year! I made a few small goals for myself and so far so good. I don't' consider them resolutions just a few small ways to better myself.

? Oh gosh this year I have not even thought about them at all. Maybe I am better off doing New Day's resolutions
- daily goals seem more doable for me
.
Happy New Year to you
!
