Stores You Wish You Had

I realized we had an Ollie’s a few weeks ago, which is a store several people on here talk about frequenting for deals. A store I wish we had, but don’t is a Trader Joe’s. I still remember being happy when we got a Whole Foods (why I don’t know; I still have never been). As for food places, I’d like a Jollibee’s as I hear it’s a tasty place to eat. Are there stores you know of you’d like to have nearby, but just don’t?

We have one about thirty minutes away and I love it, as you know. We don't have a Trader Joe's. I'm pretty sure the closest one that I know of is in Kentucky. Or it was the last time I checked. Our Winn Dixie closed last week, and in the next couple of months it will be turned into an Aldi. I am so excited about it! I wish we had a Five Below in town and we didn't have to drive 45 mintutes to get to it.

Five Below is a lot better of a store than I expected when I first heard of it. Dollar Tree really should have taken notes from them on how to name their store. I need to make a trip to Aldi’s and get some chicken. It would also be nice to have a Dollar General Market here.

We have a really big Ollie's. I don't go there too much, it is always so busy there. I wouldn't mind a Trader Joe's, but we have a wonderful store called Harvest Market that is like Trader Joe's on steroids--all the fresh and wonderful foods and fresh meats, etc.(of course they come with a wild price tag now!). I don't go there often, it's near my daughter's house. The best thing about that store is if you absolutely cannot find an item you need anywhere, Harvest Market would no doubt have the ingredient.

Trader Joe's is the best! Love it! I wish we had a LUSH closer to here. I used to have to go to Atlantic City or NYC for one. There is one now about 45 minutes away but I'm just not doing the drive solely for that. You can order online but can't get the fresh face masks that way. Those are my favorite.

I don’t know that I had heard of LUSH until you mentioned them. Now, I really want to try their things! Something to save for.

@AmbiePam LUSH has some great stuff. I love their bath bombs but they've jacked up the prices so much that I can't bring myself to buy them. Sorry but I'm not spending $10 just for a bath. I think I wrote about this a month or 2 ago. The last time my ex and I were in NYC we were walking to dinner and came across a LUSH shop. Of course I had to stop in. When all was said and done I only spent like $125. He posted on FB "NJChicaa hit up LUSH and only spent $125. Now that is a real miracle on 34th St". Don't you know we actually were on 34th street?

@NJChicaa My daughter loves LUSH. But like you, she says it has become way, way too expensive and she just doesn't get it anymore.

I would like to have a Morton's Steakhouse here, I like a real good steak time by time.

We only have a Mexican outlet close by and a bistro but we haven't been to that.

I think we have everything we need. Nothing else I want. We have a Trader Joe's but I've never been there. We have all the restaurant chains that I can imagine.
