On my VO5 shampoo it says Bloom Boost Technology . It promotes hair growth and scalp.
The wording is just used to sound fancy to get you to buy the shampoo.
Sometimes adding some fruit scent to the bottle to get you to buy the shampoo. I love the scents that are added to VO5 shampoo.

I don't buy that one, but I think I do buy shampoo from the brand. One I like is raspberry and strawberry

I will not be falling for that claim. It may make your scalp appear thicker but it's not going to grow hair.
