Good News and bad news

Good news and bad news.
The good news is that I found my mislaid spectacles. Yay for me.
The bad news was that they were on the bedroom floor and the only reason I found them was because I stood on them.
And broke them beyond repair.
But at least I found them.
Win some, lose some. Or on this occasion both. How good is that
Oh well never mind.

I know what you mean.
It's a complete rip off but they know we will pay just so we can see the world properly.
Without them I wouldn't be able to drive

Yes. I was looking all over for my glasses once, and instead of stepping on them I sat on them, as I had left them on my bed.

I need to look at other helmets,
Although a lot of bikers do have the same issue
I have an open face helmet for the summer but last year I got hit by a stone thrown up by a lorry so it wasn't great
But glasses went on and off with it with no issues

Luckily I bought another pair already
Same prescription
Bit I don't want to wear them on the motorbikes because that's how they break,
So I was going to use the pair I lost for driving, and the other pair for stuff like going out etc without the bike

Well yes

I do not have to beat myself up about them being lost.
And as I stood on them I won't be beating myself up about breaking them either

Bittersweet indeed
I drop small medicine tablets on the floor, and then hurt myself trying to get up off of the floor after I pick them up.
