What a mouthful. Or not. I know about vegetarian and vegan and flexitarian. Exhausting to write! New one; reducetarian. I may have spelled that correctly. Or not.
I like its mission. I guess it is veganism- but loud and clear- reduce your consumption of dairy and eggs. Quit involving farm animals in your needs. I do eat eggs and drink milk though I also feel sad for those who provide the eggs and dairy.
I just found the ungainly word interesting.

I love my dairy products
Eggs, Milk, Butter, Cheese,
I've tried Dairy free and Egg free products and not been impressed.
I use a lot of eggs and most likely 10 litres of semi skinned milk every week.
I use Cheese a lot cooking

@Ineeddentures What's your favorite cheese? I have had various varieties of vegie cheese and each one was nasty tasting. Is there a Scots cheese?

Scotland makes some of the best Cheese on the world.
We have loads of Dairy farms which produce great milk.
Here is a link which will tell you more than I can
My favorite cheese would be an Extra Mature Red Cheddar

That's a new one on me. I had to switch to non dairy cheese and yogurt because of my kidney disease...no dairy. I don't have anyone to fix eggs for me; so I don't keep them in the house.

That's new to me, too... We do use almond milk instead of real dairy but that's because I am lactose intolerant. (I can eat real milk in cooking but can't use it for cereal or just for drinking. Pretty still buys it for her cereal, though.)
I eat a lot of eggs: boiled, scrambled or baked... We try to buy the ones marked as free-range but that doesn't really mean a lot the way they classify "free-range" in the US.

Things are tough for many people. I think a lot of people buy what they can afford, they have reached the point that food is food, and if it's affordable they will buy it and eat it.
