Yay for us It's Dinner Time Tonight Sausages, Chips and Broccoli Yum Only thing I did wrong was not cook enough Chips Home made Chips, Maris Piper Potatoes, Triple Cooked, but not cremated. Do you like proper Chips? I do.

@JudyEv I recooked chips in an air fryer But never tried to cook proper chips , I don't think it would work in an air fryer as well as in lard on a pan on the cooker

@Ineeddentures I will eat some things cooked with a little bit of onion; and I like French fried onions; but that's it. Never raw onions.

Heck yes!! proper chips (or fries as we call them) are a favorite of mine. I do like them more crispy and certainly hate when they come out soggy. Your dinner does look good

You would be surprised at how many old school delights I cook really well. I was cooking chips like this more than 50 years ago when I looked after my brother and sister after school. I peel, chip , and microwave them on full power for 5 minutes, then deep fry in lard Yum
