45 days until spring. Well, Punxatawney Phil saw his shadow and predicted 6 more weeks of winter. Were any of us surprised? Nope.
Today (2/3) cousin #2 will be coming over. I have a lot on my list. She's feeling much better.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast, sweet potatoes, broccoli, biscuit, applesauce
Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, no salt chips, yogurt

Ohhhh, beef stew. I love it! Succulent melt in the mouth beef in a rich gravy. I’m sure yours is delicious. I’m licking your lips at the thought of it.

That's good she'll be over.
Sounds like interesting meals.
I got some protein powder/drinks to start adding more protein and slowly cutting out the carbs. Didn't buy any sweets...don't mean I never will again lol

I had the usual for lunch. Saw the Phil saw his shadow so I had groundhog stew for dinner. 
(Chicken veggie soup and grilled cheese.) Apple sauce and yogurt!

Glad cousin #2 is feeling better and hope she is able to get a lot done for you.
Can't say I'm surprised that we'll be dealing with this godawful cold weather before winter decides it over.
Last night we had grilled chicken with Caesar salad,. Weird that we had a cold dinner on such a cold night.,

Groundhog Day is one of my all-time favourite movies. Brilliant.
There is always at least 6 more weeks of winter, so I don’t really understand what they are doing here, but it makes for a great spectacle!

I had a cheeseburger (no bun), well half of a cheeseburger, I still don't have any appetite. And several protein bars.

Can I ask you Linda what Sweet Potatoes actually taste like?
I have never had them before but I see them becoming more popular here now.
Yesterday was a strange eating day for me
Had a Pizza for lunch
And then 2 big juicy burgers for dinner
