2/7/26 - Meals

40 days until spring. At around 2 am this morning it was 3 below zero F (minus 19.4 Celsius). It's going to be 43 on Thursday and then in the 20s after that. I'm hoping that we might be turning the corner on these brutal temperatures.
Got another package delivered in the s**w, next to the mailbox at the street instead of at the front door. This was a new delivery company; and I gave them one star and complained about the delivery. It will be out there until cousin #2 comes tomorrow.
Watched some of the ice skating last night from the Olympics in Milan. It's amazing what they are doing these days.
I've noticed that the paint is starting to peel off the house. It's time to start getting some estimates to paint the house in the spring.
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, poppables, yogurt
Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, veggie straws, yogurt

I stayed home because of the cold and had Healthy Choice meals. Turkey sausage lasagna for lunch and chicken pasta marinara vinaigrette for dinner. Peppermint patties for dessert! Yogurt and apples!

@FourWalls It was hard to find something. A couple are borderline with the sodium but not terrible.

Both meals sound yummy. I found about 4 Healthy Choice dinners that I can have that aren't too too high in sodium and potassium and don't have cheese or lots of spinach.

I have been getting deliveries. I think they have been walking up from the street and leaving packages on the porch.
