Wheee! Another pair of coasters almost done.

I used up the last of my Red Mahogany stain on this pair of coasters. The color is not as dark as I would like, so I decided to put a few extra coats of polyurethane on this pair to make them "extra shiny." That will also make them extra resistant to water (and other beverages
).
All that's left is to attach some felt on the bottoms.
Each pair of coasters take several weeks to make, but most of that time is "drying time" for the stain and polyurethane.
Do you have any "on-going" projects right now?

Those are lovely.
We're at the buying stage in reseeding our lawn with clover to get rid of the grass so we won't need to mow anymore. If we do it right, this is the last year we'll need to mow. After that, it will be a smooth lawn of clover. The rabbits and deer should love it, too.

@TheHorse No, we've only had two deer that show up from the forest at the end of our street that eat the grass/clover already growing in our yard and a few bunnies each morning. It's not like a herd of cattle come through eating everything to the ground.
We bought enough to overseed the yard three or four times and will ask the older neighbor if he wants some of it for his yard, too. His yard won't take as much. If he isn't interested, that's okay. It was only around $5 for a LARGE bag of seed.
BTW, on our way home from Springfield this afternoon, I watched someone change the price of gas halfway between the big city and our small city from $2.39 a gallon to $2.29 a gallon. Our car is still full so we didn't need to stop and fill it up again yet. (We've driven to Springfield and back twice and the tank has just dropped to the full mark.
70 miles there and back twice.)

Crocheting ga throw blanket which I was supposed to finish before the Vday but because I'm too busy running errands, packing, organizing, I think I won't finish it till the end of the month.

They look beautiful! I’d be afraid to put my martini glass on any of them.
The only “on-going” plans I have it to continue shopping. That’s always ongoing. Bought a new carpet for the living room last Friday, new clothes, shoes, and sneakers yesterday, and a new patio set today. Wonder what tomorrow will bring

Then there are some work ones, where my relatively newer role means a lot of resource management and planning.
A big headache at times.

Very nice. No projects here. Just had a bunch of inside work done on the house. Waiting for the weather to break so that the outside projects can be accomplished.

@TheHorse You are such a sweetheart. I have a contracting firm that did the inside; and they will do the outside. I'm putting up two new coach lights on either side of the front door, they are investigating why the post lamp goes out every time it rains hard, they are putting in a Ring doorbell and putting a dawn to dusk bulb into my side light. I will also start to get estimates on getting the house painted. The paint is starting to peel.

May be you will get some soon.
