Throwback Thursday: Sophie

Sophia Lousie was reborn in August of 2023 and I can still vividly remember how I felt when I received this box of parcel knowing she was going to be inside.
When I held her in my arms, it was like holding Craig on the day he was born.
Since then, Sophie's collection of bunny has grown. She is still as beautiful as when I got her. Though I have added more glass beads in her body to add more weight. So yeah, Sophie is heavier now than she was when I got her.

She does, doesn't she? And she smells of baby powder. The artist put wonder wafer in baby powder scent in her diaper.

@celticeagle Yes. I asked a lot of artists. I was very picky in choosing one and was just grateful I found one who was patient enough to answer all my questions.

Yes, very realistic indeed. I had a hard time looking for a reborn artist who could make her look so real.

You would enjoy it. There are a lot of artists there. If you buy directly from an artist using reborn kits that are sculpted by another artist the price could range from $800-$3000. It comes with a certificate of authenticity too. Sophie came with it.
Mass produced ones are cheap but not realistic. I wasn't really into those ones.

Yes, she does and I'm glad I have her. Sourcing a good artist that sells authentic reborn doll kits that's handmade and not mass produced is a bit difficult in this country.
