My Faux Pas...Lesson For Today...Don't Do Anything Until You've Had Coffee

Happy Tuesday Everyone! It's a foggy start to this morning but at least the temperatures are heading above freezing so we should see more melting (yay)
Before I officially got my day started I sent a birthday text to my granddaughter wishing her a very happy birthday along with a cute GIF and said I would call her later to say happy birthday in person. Figured she was at work so my text wasn't too early.
It wasn't until about 15 minutes later I realized today isn't her birthday and it isn't until next Tuesday. What a dummy I am 
sent her another text that my wishes were still the same but I realized I was early with my wishes and would still call her later. Either she got a big laugh out of my mistake or she thinks old age has hit hard.
The lesson I learned is not to do something until after I've had my coffee and those magic beans have had a chance to work.

Guess I have to pay more attention to what day it is instead of just drifting from one day to the next .Proves I need my magic beans more than I knew I did

Yes we both got a good laugh out of my mistake.
I'm also happy for the warmer temperatures. It's nice to see some green peeking through on my neighbors yard.

My coffee did kick in but it took longer than I needed.

Nothing wrong with early wishes, I do agree with you I don't drink coffee but in the morning I sit down by my PC with either some lemonade or iced tea and then slowly start figuring out my day,

It happens. I've done that too. I looked at my calendar and thought it was a different day.
