Today is mine and Anna's birthday!! My mother made me a butter pecan cake. I will be 46 when it turn 5pm.
I was going to wear my birthday skirt, but my mother talked me out of it. Many years ago I had some pants that had a crazy colorful design on them. My mother called them my psychedelic pants. I would wear them on special occasions. I somehow got a hole in them so I had to throw them away. My great-aunt had gave me some polka dotted pants one year and now I wear them for special occasions. That is what I have on today.
I will be watching a tv show and watch youtube videos with my mother. My great-aunt will bring me a present sometime today that is from my cousin.

@Fleura lol It's slang here too. The skirt is a grey spaced dyed pencil skirt. I bought many years ago and I can't find one similar to it. I'm glad I wasn't in my birthday suit because my best friend and her son came over. My best friend wouldn't have liked that (her son maybe who is in his 20's.).

I've never heard of a butter pecan cake, but it sounds delicious! I'm a fan of butter pecan ice cream and pecan pie.
