Good Morning 25 February

I know it's been a few days since you saw me. I'm still alive and well. Life has been a bit hectic, not paricularly busy, but the mind has been on overdrive for a few days now. I thought getting a book published would give me time to get other things in my life done and spend time with people I care about virtually. You know that didn't happen as I hoped.
Today, I'm starting here instead of with Wilderness Cry. I want to know how you're all doing and let you know I'm alive and kicking.
My plans for today are simple - spend time with you, work on my book, Bible study at 1 and prayer at 6.
I heard about the snow in the northeast. I hope you are all right and didn't lose power for those of you living in that area. We had snow too, but my bare inch doesn't compare to the blizzard you had. I hope you're safe.

Good morning. We're having some nice weather in my part of the US right now. 60s to 70s for highs and 40s for lows which is fine with me. It's really cloudy but we aren't expecting precipitation until Saturday and Sunday.
Pretty's 38th birthday was the 22nd of this month but we couldn't get out to get her a cake to celebrate it. (I couldn't see well enough to drive.) Hopefully, we'll be able to go today and get something for her.
I got a call yesterday from the neurosurgeon's office asking if we could come in on the 3rd of March instead of in September to talk to the doctor but we declined. We already had an appointment to see our regular doctor on the 3rd so hope they will have another cancellation soon. (Pretty thought it would be better to talk to our regular doctor and bring her up to date on what is happening with me before we see the specialist. I think Pretty decided that because I fell again yesterday. I didn't hit my head this time but I am falling more often. *shrug*)
I hope your books are coming along fine.

@DaddyEvil We hit 50 one day last week. Then it went back to normal winter temps. As much as I love winter, I'll be glad when spring gets here and the temps even out again. This up and down thing is annoying.

I am not aware of the latest North East snow updates but since a few years, blizzards and snow storms in US North East seem to have increased.
I hope the Folks there are safe and sound.
Marvelous rock painting.
Sometimes we plan for some good off time but can't have enough of it.
Hopefully your book work goes as planned.

The northeast just had a blizzard. I hope everyone is safe. Where I am, we haven't had the kind of snow other parts of the US are getting, but we've had more snow than usual this year which makes me happy.

We had a Winter Storm Watch which was downgraded to a Winter Weather Advisory. We only got a coating of s**w. We were so lucky. The temperatures will be in the 40s for a couple of days and then it's getting cold again; BUT in about a week it will be 40 again; and I'm hoping it stays there or a bit warmer.

I'm just getting up from my morning nap since I get up so early
& my sugar meds make me sleepy so after 4 hrs of being up I
take a few hours nap, I cleaned the 30 gal aquarium last night
cooked some spaghetti for the hub, washed the dish's & watched
the state of the union speech & that's about it for my week.
