While I was away from here, I realized a few things. One of them was how, when I was active on myLot, I felt more updated about what was happening around the world. Through everyone’s posts, I would learn about the crazy weather in different places, political happenings or not, or even the passing of well-known celebrities in other countries.
It made the world feel smaller and more connected somehow. Even if we all live in different parts of the globe, I get little glimpses into each other’s daily lives and national events. When I wasn’t here, I noticed I wasn’t as aware of those things anymore. I have to go to YouTube for weather updates in other countries.
It made me appreciate this mylot and mylotters more. This is not just for conversation and friendship, but also for how it keeps me informed in a very human and personal way.
How's life on your side of the world now?

The spring is officially going to get over in coming week. The last festival of spring, Holi, also called festival of colors falls on 4th March. Days are getting hotter and March is the last working month here before school goes for summer break. I am waiting for it.
I totally agree with you. I have learnt a lot from this site, especially the interesting less known things about other countries and other cultures.

My part of the US seems to be entering an early spring this year. Normally, we can still get snow into April but the forecasts are showing spring-like temps through all of March. It has been a really cold winter this year so everybody is ready for nicer weather but, with spring seeming to be early, the forecasts are also showing an extremely hot summer, too. We'll all be wishing for cooler weather before summer is even here at this rate.
You already know I'm having dizzy spells and falling. I can't add anything new to that news.
I'm just really happy you're back now.

I’m very glad you’re back. As far as the weather, it’s been in the 70s F (mid 20s C) here in Oklahoma, yet on the East coast, like New York, feet of snow have fallen. It’s been a wild winter. Mostly because our winter in Oklahoma has been like spring.
I’m trying to develop new hobbies, and do things I never have. I’m going skydiving in about a month! I’m really excited for that.

Life in my side of the world is okay since I am able to walk slowly with the use of a cane these days.

I wondered where you went, and was hoping you were OK. Good to see you back here. I am my usual ''get here when I can'' but hey...it's just the way it is!
