Do you remember getting a free toy in your cereal box ?

Mom didn't buy cereal very often but, once in a great while, she would and yes, we got a free toy in the box when she did buy some. Pretty cleaned all that out when she was throwing stuff away before we moved into this small house. I had kept several boxes of "stuff" from both our childhoods.

Oh, yes, I remember those days. We’d also occasionally get a record on the back of some of the cereal boxes!

Not a toy, but the cereal here have free cereal boys, sometimes pladtic tumblr etc. It would be nice to see one

I do remember there being a toy in a cereal box but I really don't remember exactly what the toy was.

I don't remember what the toys were; but I remember getting them.

i tried cereals for the first time in college, when i was 19 or 20 and there were no toys anymore but i remember some cocoa drink from my childhood and there was always a plastic part of train in there. i adored it.

We always got the “healthy” cereals, and the toys were always in the sugary kid cereals so we rarely got a toy. Now, at our grandmother’s she had the sugary cereal. It’s no wonder she ended up with diabetes with sugar one of her main food groups. So occasionally, my sister and I would get to look for a toy. Most of the time though, the toys were just what we heard about, and not what we got.

Yeah, about a billion years ago. I have no idea..but I know one time my husband's aunt was on a Rice Krispies kick because the toy that came in them..Wally Wall Walkers were something her cat enjoyed.

I especially remember the ones that you put together. It might be a horse or an elephant with movable legs and they'd wobble down a slope.
