He kept calling these women crazy.

There’s this friend of a friend, whom everyone seems to tolerate more than like. He’s been married four times, but also has two baby mamas. Every single time he talks about one of these women he talks about how crazy they are. I know one of them. She is decidedly not. One day he was talking about his third wife, and mentioned how crazy she was, when I asked him what all those women had in common. He said he didn’t know. I said they all have him in common. Maybe the problem isn’t them, but him. Maybe he ought to glance at a mirror and look to see if he’s the real problem. At the very least, have some respect for the mothers of your two children. He avoids me now. But I’m not sure how someone has all those relationships and each time points the blame at the other person.

Good for you but no wonder he avoids you now! I wonder if he thought about what you said.

He might not have, but another person who was there did because later he came up to me, and said, you know, you have a good point. I honestly thought everyone could see it.

@AmbiePam I think it's a very intuitive statement but I understand that others may not see it.

He sounds like the one who is crazy. 4 marriages and babies with 2 different mothers? I hope you’re not upset that he avoids you. I wouldn’t be.

I'm glad you told him the truth. Truth hurts but is needed in some situations.

He’s so messed up, it’s not even funny. The guy needs counseling.

I think you are right in what you are saying, he is most definitely the problem. Seems like he knows it too since he avoids you now, after pointing it out ! Good for you !

the mother of his children deserves some respect, you are right. i always hated men joking or pretending to joke how their wives or girlfriends hate them or are difficult and such and they thought they were cool while telling stories like that; i mean, say something nice, for god's sake. it's good he avoids you cause he's such a fake. i hope you're okay with him avoiding you

Lots of people like that in the world unfortunately, that don't want to take responsibility for anything.

You are best to avoid such a character, you don't need such drama in your life.

Usually, that type of person feels the need to blame others because they can't accept that there is something "broken" in their own minds. I doubt he'll even think about what you said but I'm glad you said it, anyway. It NEEDED to be said to him.

Like you said, he never looks in the mirror! He sounds like the kind of person who always shoves the blame on someone else. Good for you in speaking up, Amber!
