Finally Sunshine

Happy Monday everyone! it's a sunny day here this morning Hallelujah!!!! Finally 
if it gets as warm as predicted I might even have a chance to sit outside for awhile.
I know winter isn't officially over yet and we only have a few springlike days before it gets cold again but I'll take it. I didn't realize how much this winter depressed me.
Today is just basic house stuff to do plus the fun of paying bills.
Laundry tomorrow. I got new sheets so I want to wash them before putting them on my bed. I held off buying sheets but geez they're expensive. Pretty, though, white with little blue flowers. I was a little tired of solid colors so these jumped out at me when I was looking.
My youngest grandsons birthday is next week (he'll be 18). I say how fast time goes by all the time but this is ridiculous 
He's my sons youngest and the one who comes with him when I need work done around the house. I know I've mentioned that my son is a plumber/electrician and had a very busy time thawing freezing pipes this past month. Now he's just as busy as a lot of those pipes are now leaking. He sent me a picture of him and my grandson in someones house with a big hole cut open in the ceiling. Egads! I feel so bad for those people.
Meanwhile, it's time for me to enjoy my coffee and chat here for awhile.

Sunny here, too, but rather windy, so at 14°C I don't think I'll be sitting outside today. That wind cools things down too much.

Only a slight breeze here today so definitely looks like it might be okay to sit outside later this afternoon. I feel like I'm starving for sun and fresh air,

It is bright and sunny here and looks nice outside if that strong wind would stop blowing. (18 mph)
Apparently, I scared Pretty earlier this morning. I went in to fix breakfast and feed the fishies when she came hurrying out of her bedroom and asked if I was okay. I was feeding the fish and hadn't made any noise. I said I was fine and she said she thought she heard me fall down. (I did fall twice yesterday but landed on the carpet, so wasn't hurt.) I told her I hadn't heard anything. *shrug*
My BP is staying high(er) than normal even after taking my meds this morning. (157/88) I felt weak earlier but am doing okay now. She brought me a bowl of soup and went back to her bedroom.
As far as I know, we don't have anything planned for the day.
I hope you're enjoying the sunshine and quiet.
