I don't celebrate St.Patty's Day but i like green colour

I'm off to work tomorrow and earlier than i expected. It's my last week at this job as a teacher substitute and tomorrow just had to be a geography regional contest in this school. I am glad there are no children but not sure what to expect from not so a lovely team of other teachers; for example, i just love when they sit next to me and don't say a word to me while i try asking at least one question but i am losing my motivation.
My mum said it right, some people don't bother about bad manners anymore.
Back to St.Patty's Day, i will wear a green colour tomorrow cause, the green colour makes me really relaxed and good about myself. Life is about little things and that's green for me.

We never celebrate St. Patrick's day. It never existed here. So Tuesday is just another normal working day for most. And people aren't even aware of such to wear green.

We do not celebrate St.Patrick here in Italy, our Patron Saint is St. Francis (October 4th).
I do not look good wearing green, it's a difficult color to wear. We even have a saying in Italy "women who wear green do not fear to spoil their beauty".

you are right; green is not an easy colour to pull off. i like different shades of green and smaragd green is my favourite shade o, st.francis. i think ours is st.joseph but also every region here also has their own patron saint

@rakski blue as well. i also like purple and i didn't like it in childhood but bright yellow is a fine colour as well and i can't forget orange too

the first time i fell in love with this colour consciously was when at age of 17, i was searching an eyeshadow and saw one containing both light and dark green and that was it. unconsciously, i wore green before but not so much and it was just a colour. o, i like purple after green. we are alike and glad that green suits you

I’ve been told I look good in green, but I don’t really celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. I do have a corned beef that I was going to make, with cabbage and the works, but after eating way too much food since last Thursday, hubs doesn’t want to eat it. Enjoy the day.
