Not me.
Mid-November, my father-in-law had a fever lasting a few days. We found out that other than that, he had difficulty passing urine for quite some time. We knew about his enlarged prostate but he does not like any surgical procedure on him. They took him to an emergency facility, and a foley catheter aided him in his problem.
But the solution to his problem became his problem. The catheter was set to stay with him and was scheduled to be changed every two weeks, not until a surgical procedure was done. Apparently, before this, he had been passing urinary stones and as per the doctor, that needs to be addressed.
UTI alone is painful; I think passing stones worse than painful. To think there were around 6-8 stones or maybe more.

No, and I hope I never experience stones. I was at work one day when I went to the bathroom and a guy in the stall next to me started screaming... He was passing stones.

I experienced this when I was in college. I was in school at the time. We were in the laboratory for our Chemistry class, and while performing some experiments, I suddenly couldn’t stand properly. I had to sit down because I was experiencing excruciating pain in my stomach. I tried to get up, but I couldn’t. So, my professor decided to call the staff in the clinic. They brought a stretcher because I couldn’t walk to the clinic. The nurse told me to go home and have myself checked. My brother fetched me, and we went straight to the doctor. The doctor diagnosed me with a UTI. Having a UTI is really painful. You need to take antibiotics and rest for a couple of days.

My older sister had stones twice. Thankfully neither Bob nor I have. He did have prostate cancer. I hope all goes well with the procedures.
