Most chefs try their best to make their food appealing and attractive to the target eaters. In most cases, aromatic flavours and spices are used to make the food more lovable and palatable. As form me, I love food with average to ow spice content. Very spicy foods might be appealing to my eye but may not go well with my tummy. There is a time I ate food with lots of curry and cinnamon in a party and had to spend most of the night to an from the toilet. It was a terrible diarrhoea. To enjoy my meals, I love them served with lots of vegetable and fruit salads rather than being spiced! Do you love spiced or non spiced food?

I like both spicy and non spicy, it depends which kind of food I am preparing.

That is great. Too many spices spoil the taste.

I come from a family that did not like spice. Once I got on my own, I finally got a chance to adjust the meals to how I liked them, which was with a little spice. That being said, while I do like spice, I cannot do more than a medium level. Any more than that, and I’m looking for a bathroom, like you mentioned.

Non-spicy. My heartburn can't handle spicy. It actually ruins the taste of the food for me.

Sorry for the heartburn. I once used to have a very bad heartburn that would not allow me to enjoy most foods. Tried many home remedies in vain until i went for formal medication. I am glad it went and I can now enjoy beans and kales.

I'm okay with both as long as the food is to my taste.

That is a great way of adapting. The spices alter the taste of most foods.

I used to enjoy extremely spicy food when I was younger. However, now I prefer moderately spicy food because I tend to get hyperacidity easily.
