What is it, that when you need it, you can never find?

For me it's the wooden spoon in the kitchen.

Whenever I go to my Moms I can never find a pen. It’s very annoying. At home I know exactly where my pens are …..on The Misters table , as he pinches …..sorry, borrows …..all of mine and never returns them !

It's often the kitchen scissors

If I am anywhere besides our room I can never find a pen. It's always a lighter here. I don't know where they go, but they dissapear.

It should be my left over snacks . My cousins are always helping me consume them

I think I relied on getting free pens for most of my adult life. Banks and businesses were always offering them. Now, that doesn’t seem to be happening anymore . I admit it,I miss the free pens!! One thing I have noticed that many people do—they pick a pen out of its holder or drawer or whatever and it doesn’t work. So they put it back and try another one!! If it’s a disposable pen like a Bic or whatever, why would you keep it? I chase pens sometimes. But I always keep my favorite one in my handbag. It’s mine!! Haha!

A nail file. Normally, I carry one in my purse, but seem to lose it after every time I use it.

I don't know how come we have so many pens but I have two large coffee mugs each full of pens/pencils. They sit on our desk. There are also a couple in a kitchen drawer for writing out grocery lists.

I usually have a hard time finding some of my medications who are inside of a bag I have in my bedroom.

Ugh, how many times have I said it, that’s just how life goes. The irony of it all… when you need something, you can’t find it. When you don’t need it, it’s everywhere. You keep something for years thinking you might need it someday, but never use it. Then the moment you finally throw it away, suddenly that’s when you need it lol I’ve had so many experiences like that, I can’t even think of a specific one anymore.

It happens to me as well. The other day, I was trying to find the ointment because I was feeling dizzy, but I couldn’t find it. Surprisingly, I found it the next day, and it was only at the top of the fridge.

I feel you, I do the same thing every time, if it's not a pen it's the remote to something the tv, the heater the fan, you name it & sure enough I can't seem to find it, I'm surprised I haven't lost my ever loving mind yet lol.

No I can't think of anything off hand.

Luckily I have a gazillion pens around here, but finding one that actually writes can be a trick.

Sometimes I need to get something out of my bag, like say my keys, and it takes a while before I find them.
