Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 51 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for tomorrow is 58. I'll take it! Today was a busy busy day. I had a counseling session. I saw the NP and she changed my sleeping med from trazadone to Seroquil. We shall see if that makes a difference. I also received a letter for disability from the physician and they've extended my time out of work until May 25. (it was first March 31 and then it was April 19) I don't know what the heck is going on but I need to call the disability company first thing on Monday. I watched the newest episode of Outlander earlier. Still not totally loving it. Oh well. I'm sure it will get better. What's everyone else up to tonight?

Can I ask what the counseling was for? And could I also ask if Seroquil is actually Seroquel? Did I miss something, you seemed to be going along just fine and then this, the last couple of weeks? To say I am concerned is an understatement because some of these meds are really heavy duty If you need anything, just ask,

I take Trazadone. I don't think it helps much..it may have at first, but I think I am immune to it. Maybe I should investigate Seroquil. I looked.. Not for me..can cause weight gain and increased cholesterol.

I hope the medication changes help. Obviously the other stuff wasn’t working…unless you’re living on Greenwich Mean Time. Hope the counseling session went well and that you like your therapist. That makes a big difference!

I'm sort of glad they did extend your disability date. Now you can hopefully feel 100% before you have to return to work. I hope the Seroquil works better for you than the Trazadone does. We made it to 77 degrees for a bit, it felt unreal after being cold and having all of that fierce winter weather just days ago. But all the snow is gone now!

I hope the Seroquil does better for you. I took it for sleep years ago, and it worked pretty well for me. It got to 92 degrees today. My air conditioner definitely came on!

Good evening. We reached 92F in my part of Missouri today and are supposed to reach 94F tomorrow. We're under a "heat dome" again like last summer. At least this one is only for Friday, Saturday and Sunday before we're back to "normal" (60F) temps this spring. We did a little grocery shopping and ran to the Post Office. I hope you enjoy your night.
