Hot cross buns have long since been associated with Easter….. Personally, I don’t like the flavour of traditional ones, although there was a nice salted caramel and chocolate flavour that one of the stores did a few years ago …..not sure if they still do. There are so many different flavours these days ! It’s hard to keep track. My Mom likes the traditional ones …..I have to go out later and get some for her. Do you like hot cross buns ?

I've heard of hot cross buns but never eaten one. (I remember they were in a song we sang in school when I was a kid.) I hope Mom is feeling much better now. Please give her a hug from me. Thank you.

I think I made some years ago. Is the traditional one flavored with citron, perhaps?
