Sunshine!

Finally we have some sunshine today. Temps are in the 60s F, and the pavement is drying.
I am glad we had a few days of rain. Perhaps I will see some sprouts soon. So far I have planted green beans, corn and sunflower. I may get some cherry tomato seeds as well.
I wish I were better with herbs. I love cilantro. But I am not good at getting it to grow.
Anyway, how is the weather where you are? And how does your garden grow?

Cilantro, or Coriander seems difficult to grow from seed
So we just buy the plants in compost from Tesco
Pull off what we need
And it regrows quite well
Easier than seeds

@Ineeddentures No clue. Cilantro is a mystery to me. Did you know that "Mystery to Me" is the name of a really good early Fleetwood Mac album?

I'm guessing seeds blew off of a plant nearby and then lay dormant untill it was time for them to grow
So I cannot figure why this does not happen when we plant proper seeds which were not cheap

We have sunshine now but it was raining just a few minutes ago. We're supposed to see more rain this evening/overnight. 79F at 3:30 pm.
Nothing in the garden to grow so far.

@DaddyEvil Do succulents do OK there? They might struggle with the Winters. Here, they thrive, and require minimal maintenance.

Our sunshine just went away and looks like rain is on the way and my PC informs me that temps are to drop by Tuesday.

Funny how some plants are easier for some to grow. Glad you are getting sunshine.

We're expecting rain tomorrow. Weeds have starded growing again in our flower bed, but nothing we can't handle. George will pull them when he feels up to it. Someone parked across the street and asked George if we needed a yard man. I doubt they understood what he was saying.
