Now that spring has sprung and He is risen, indeed—welcome to CNY's second winter!
Accuweather is predicting about a 90% chance of 1-2 inches of snow tonight.
Stay alive! Do not drive! Cancel the babysitter. There will be school tomorrow (unless your district is on Spring Break).
How is everything where you are?

@Chellezhere We all have to do whatever is best for us. I hope you’re feeling much better. You live in a beautiful region. My husband’s brothers each had vacation homes upstate. We plan on visiting our sister-in-law this summer. Our older son went to Cornell, and we found that area very beautiful, too.

@DianneN Cool! I live about 40 miles north of Cornell, within a mile of the lake.

I have lived in South, Central, and North Florida. The heat and humidity were too much, and I am so allergic to cockroaches (palmetto bugs), palm trees, and many other things native to the area that my doctors told me the best prescription they could give me was to get out of Florida and stay out. That was fine by me because not everyone's idea of paradise is sunshine and palm trees. Sometimes it's an apartment in the Finger Lakes.

@Chellezhere I hope you will still warm yourself there. I can feel if the weather is extreme out there.

Good morning (in New York, anyway), @Shavkat! I can only imagine! We're in that part of spring, when the winter snow melts, rain falls, mud forms, and we can still get a little more snow until July and August.

Good morning, @BACONSTRIPSXXX! After today and tomorrow, ours is doing the same as yours. And next Monday, the high is expected to be 73°F. Right now, it's 33°F, with a RealFeel® of 27°F and a RealFeel Shade™ of 25°F. My guide dog actually barked at one of my neighbors this morning because, what with all these flurries, he wanted her back inside where she'd be safe.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX Yes, it sure will be. It snowed off and on today. As usual, the wind was the worst part. And as for accumulation: barely a quarter of an inch.

Welcome back. Today will be the coldest day; and then we will start to warm up. I'm hoping the 20s and 30s are done for this season. Everything is OK. I'm hanging in there. I just get lonely.

Good afternoon, @valherma00! Perhaps it's the Ukrainian in me, or maybe in the Scandinavian, but this weather doesn't bother me in the least.

@Chellezhere I used to live near Jones, and my childhood best friend lives in Harrah. Most of my family currently lives in and around Tulsa. It’s a great state to live in if you don’t mind the oppressive heat and an occasional tornado.
You certainly can’t beat the quality of people.

Oklahoma, huh? My dad's parents were from Oklahoma. Grandma was born in Nashville, Arkansas, but raised in Jones, Oklahoma, and Grandpa was born and raised in Harrah (both outside of OKC). My cousins are scattered about: Parague, Edmond, Tuksa... the list goes on.

Everything is good here. It's 73 and we have a beautiful blue sky. It's very sad to hear you might get snow. Ugh!

We are at our caravan by the seaside .
We have new neighbours next-door who are lovely.
The weather has been great. We have had good food, drink and chocolate. We are enjoying walking on the beach

That's the fun part about living here, @Ronrybs. My guide dog and I took quite a few walks alone the nature trail by the creek last week, and I had the windows open for my cat. But today, the heater is back on and we are only going outside long enough for my dog to "do his thing."
