Many things are out of season right now. My holiday cactus--I think it is a Thanksgiving cactus--is blooming for the second time this year. Bloomed around Thanksgiving to Christmas.
I picked it up in its pot to hold it by my amaryllis. I have not had one bloom in more years than I can remember. I did not even know if it was a red or other color. I actually have more than a dozen bulbs. I just never get them to bloom.
So, as you can see, my amaryllis is white, with a blush of pink.
I have orange kalanchoe blooming, for the first time in a lot of years. I also have a geranium getting ready to open up. It is one I carried over from last summer.
Spring is sprouting everywhere.

I never would have thought I'd compliment a slightly older woman on her bloomers but those are beautiful!

I haven't been outside to look and see if we have anything blooming here or not. I know the daffodils in the back yard were blooming a couple of weeks ago but the neighbor mowed our yard since then. I'll have to go out and look around.
