Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 30 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 45. Bring on the warm weather! Today will be a busier day than yesterday. Lots of stuff going on and hopefully it will be all good. We shall see. I hope it is because I have like 6 more weeks before I return to work. I finished a book yesterday so that's 4 in the past month. That's more than I've read in the past several years. What's everyone else up to today?

So, did the Seroquel end up being the best for your sleep? I was on that for my sleep a couple of years ago. I think it helped me. How was this last episode of Outlander, by the way?

Yes the Seroquel has worked the best. Outlander is still meh.
