Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 30 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 45. Bring on the warm weather! Today will be a busier day than yesterday. Lots of stuff going on and hopefully it will be all good. We shall see. I hope it is because I have like 6 more weeks before I return to work. I finished a book yesterday so that's 4 in the past month. That's more than I've read in the past several years. What's everyone else up to today?

So, did the Seroquel end up being the best for your sleep? I was on that for my sleep a couple of years ago. I think it helped me. How was this last episode of Outlander, by the way?

I was able to go to lunch because the air duct cleaners texted me and said they wouldn't be here until after 1. So I went to lunch, then came home for the air duct cleaning. I also saved over $200 because they didn't have to go into the crawl space!! Nap time now.

Good morning. It is 70F at noon in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high is supposed to be 73F. We shall see. I finished one mega-book yesterday and started a new one during the night. Other than some grocery shopping, we don't have any plans today. I hope you have a good day.
