Wednesday and chilling

The photo is one I took yesterday when I visited my state park. I have to have a pass to park my car in the park. I paid 45 dollars last year or ten dollars a day. I think the fee has gone up. Here on the west side of my state it is worth paying for a pass. Not so much on the east side unless you really like to drive.
This morning I put in 35 minutes of pool exercise. Hubby got up and went, too. This afternoon I put in over 20 minutes mowing a back purple weed mess. There is a ton more to do but know what? The mower battery needs charging and my body's battery needs charging so I am not doing more today.

It looks like tomorrow will be the final fake summer day for my world. It looks like rain and cooler temps will move in after that. Yah hoo......no mowing for me if it rains. Got to love it.

I will hope for rain for you so you can rest 
. I have some spots I am thinking about mowing. Tall grass runs the mower batteries down fast.

That looks just like those wonderful forest walks we too back in Latvia, Out temp have gone down into the 60s and a wild wind is making me feel axious,

@RasmaSandra I hope you are in a safe building. I can't imagine living in one of those skyscrapers in New York- I just can't imagine being 20 floors or more above the Earth.

The older neighbor got our yard all done for $30 a mow this year.

@sallypup I had to talk him into taking a raise this year. Last year he just asked for $25 for a mow.

@DaddyEvil When my gardening person mows she generally accepts 80.00. That's about half price from anybody else.

Your photo reminds me of our walks in the woods behind my house.
I don’t do it, but I heard that seniors can get passes for one fee good for all parks and national parks. Younger people can get them, too, for a higher fee. I may be wrong.
Absurd blinding rain and high winds here.

I had a huge job to do once and it was quite arduous. I refused to think about the size and the time it was going to take and just did 1/2 an hour a day. I'd make myself stop at that point. It seemed only a few days and the pile was getting smaller, I was getting fitter and I felt good about it. I've done the same since with chores that start off seeming almost insurmountable and it is really helpful.

I know all about how a body can need to be recharged. Hopefully you will get a good night's sleep. We have thunderstorms coming tomorrow night, but nothing bad. The sun finally did shine here this afternoon, which was nice!
