Today has been a day. It will be a while before we dry out around here. We had heavy storms with tornado watches across the state last night. Today, we have flooding and more rain in the forecast tonight.
I just put Faith to Believe to bed for the night. I'm getting closer to the end of the manuscript with 164 pages left on the final edit. At one point I needed to bring up another manuscript that was lighter than Faith to Believe. It's an unfinished manuscript and one that fit what I needed to reset my brain and give me a breather. I don't know when I'll finish the new one, but it won't be soon. I have several others I'm working on right now.
It should start raining soon. This time they're calling for hail. When I watched the news this morning, it showed we already have over 6 inches of rain for April when we normally get 5 inches for the entire month. It looks like it will start soon.
That's been my whole day - working on Faith to Believe.

Hope you aren't getting hit with bad storms and tornadoes today. I saw on the news that the weather in your area was getting hit with storms.
Sounds like you're making good progress with your book. I can imagine that you needed to put it aside and take a break if you were working on it all day.
Nothing much going on here. Weather is going to be hot (90s)

I had a great day. I watched some of the severe weather coverage from Milwaukee earlier this evening. (Now I'm watching out of Tulsa...a tornado just hit near Muskogee.) Thankful none of the severe watches covered your area today.

That's a lovely painting on the rock. We had faux summer last week. Today we're getting hard rain. Writing work takes a lot of concentration. I just finished a 6 page short story and I'm exhausted. Happy with it but very tired. I write tightly so every sentence is smack on.

It's quite overcast here and much cooler than it has been. At least it's not raining so I'm pleased about that.
