Omg oh yes
We got our Steak and Bacon delivery yesterday from our online butcher.
The Bacon is excellent
We tried it last night
So it was the turn of the Steak tonight
Sublime - that's it.
I cooked it rare as always
Melted in the mouth, beautiful
Rump, our favourite cut.
Only ordered 2kg - will put that right tonight
Steak anyone?

That's great you do, I guess I had a form of steak today, was a chicken fried steak lol. But from a frozen dinner, so nothing quality lol.

You have gotten me interested in steak. When and if I have some extra money to spend, I will see what a good site Omaha Steaks offers since they have special offers to get steak for less.

They key is the resting.
Even Rare, of rested properly there should really be blood on the plate
I rest longer than I cook

I used to eat Steak well done
And then one night I got served it rare in a restaurant and found I really liked it
So I have cooked it rare ever since
