Today was a good day. It started out bad, but it turned out well. I went to the chiropractor this morning when I woke up in excrutiating pain again this morning. It turned out my pelvis had rotated a lot and my left side was two inches shorter than my right. By the time I got home, I was in much less pain and after a time on the heating pad, the pain was completely gone. 
So it ended up being a very good day.
I also made a good deal of headway with Faith to Believe. If all goes well, I should get it published by the weekend. I have less than a hundred pages to go before I finish this final edit.
With my back straightened out, I'll be able to do the exercises my dietitian suggested on Monday. Which will be good and help me on my way to losing weight.
The weather is the only concern right now. We've had lots of rain this week. Flood warnings are posted. We have more rain in the forecast for tonight through Saturday. Next week looks dry so we have a chance to dry out a little bit.

So thankful that the chiropractor gave you relief! I’ve been watching the severe weather down in southern Wisconsin. I’m thankful the worst of it is staying away from you, but all that rain can’t be good.

@FourWalls Thank you. I was very happy the chiropractor worked her magic on my back. She said the weather has a lot to do with joint pain right now. We have flooding with as much rain as we've gotten. I'm glad it wasn't bad the last two nights. Tuesday we had nonestop thunderstorms most of the night.
I hope the worst of it is staying away now. We need to dry out. Next week there's only one day of rain and that's on Friday.

Good to know that you were able to get your health conditions rectified.
Pain is always a trouble.
I had some back pain a few days back because of long hours computer working.
Plus driving to more places and more distance and on many days.
In short, lack of rest and adequate movement.
I did apply Iodex Pain balm one day(not sure if Iodex is known in US).
Rest I took some rest a day(in fact took a leave ! ), walked more and started regular exercise again after a gap of a few days induced by flu and fever.
Yet I think my health efforts are much less than yours, so you are in a way inspiration to me!
Good to know about your book work.
I think you were not very much active in March.
I was active more for a few days and very less for others.
Lots happening here in India.
Some Internal new Policy debates, some political protests.
Rest are debates about multiple states' assembly elections, West Asia/Middle East crisis etc.
Days are heating again after alternate bouts of warm weather and rains.
Now it is around a max of 40 C.
Still it is dry heat so tolerable.
Difficult to manage when humidity is high.
That was a lot of stuff from me. Probably boring

Yes it would be very hot for you.
The same way as I was in another country in early Feb and found mercury dipping to -5 C with windchill effect of up to -15 C a big thing to handle !

I'm glad you're feeling better and hope you're careful about doing any exercising, just in case.
It has been storming here almost non-stop since Tuesday evening and is supposed to keep storming until Saturday. We've gotten over an inch and a half in 24 hours and have flash flood warnings and tornado warnings right now. (It's just sprinkling right now.)

@just4him Thanks. We're having a sunnier morning today but you can see clouds starting to build up in the West for a good storm this afternoon/evening/overnight. The prediction is 100% for storms starting again tonight.

That's great that you got some relief from back pain. Yes on rain at my house and Spring blizzard on the mountain pass that connects west and east in my state. Moxe's Doc patched her up this morning. Now I have the fun of giving her meds for about a week.

That pain doesn't sound good at all. That's good that they helped get you feeling better.
Sounds like a good day after that though, another full one.
Not much here. Just trying to get Eli to pass 6th grade and waiting to do some testing my own this weekend (a totally different kind of test lol)

@just4him Well, at least in English, sometimes with science too.
Social Studies there is no missing work, or anything lower than a B grade.

I'm glad your back is better. We've been getting a lot of rain. Temperatures have been 70ish except for this coming Sunday into Monday when we will have a freeze warning....then it warms up again.
