Stranger rescues a man who fell into a river in Pittsburgh

A stranger who was walking in the North Shore along the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania did his duty to save a man who fell into the river around 2:45am near a police memorial came close to drowning. The stranger saw the man and he called 911 to ask for the authorities to come to the area of the incident. The bystander jumped into the river to hold the arm of the man who was in the river until first responders assisted the bystander to get the man who was in the river out safely by getting him to the river walk. The man who was in the river was taken by an ambulance to a local hospital to be treated for hypothermia and he is in stable condition. My belief is that the man who fell into the river fell in by accident since the area may have dark and hard to see at night. Link is msn.com/en-us/news/cri...
