Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 88 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. It is GORGEOUS!!! Today was a pamper day after a great night of sleep. I had the chiropractor in the morning and a massage after lunch. I haven't seen a chiropractor in years and years. They both were great. Aaaaaaaah. I spent some time outside soaking up the sun. Now I'm back in and catching up on the news and InternetLand. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

A day of pampering, how wonderful for you. I am glad it was a nice day for you to be outside...I am personally dreading those horribly hot days. But I know that you love them.

Good afternoon. It is 72F in my part of Missouri this afternoon. We had a short sprinkle this afternoon but it still is mostly cloudy here. Nothing else going on. Hope you sleep well again tonight.

Recently returned from a mani pedi and had my stupid hairdresser fix my hair. One side was longer than the other. Now one side is shorter than the other. Can’t wait to go home to CT.
