Friend was just telling me one of our other friends was in an accident.

This is the lady who is the traveling dog groomer. Her van is out of commission now, and she may have been charged with reckless driving..and is being required to go to court. She said the visibility was very bad at the time of the collision. That is the same with the one I had last September. It was gray. I never saw the vehicle coming..who was probably speeding, but guess who got the ticket?

That’s too bad. We must all slow down in poor visibility.

@DianneN She has six dogs at home..and they need care. However, I don't really know if she was going home or not at the time

@snowy22315 - I am very concerned when it's foggy or it rains, it's hard to see the other vehicles coming.

Sounds like she is also temporarily out of business. I hate low visibility days if I am having to drive anywhere.

I’d hate to have to go to court.

Most accidents allow you to prepay your fine, so I am thinking it was reckless driving..you have to go to court on that. Some unlucky folks even end up in jail, but that is probably doing something like extreme speeding or prior convictions or something.

I've done it before. One time the cop didn't show up and I skated. Another time I got off because I had positive points on my record.

It always seems so unfair when something like this happens.

Yeah, it is good she is OK, if she got hurt I don't know what she would do about her dogs.

Big or small, accidents cause shock and trauma. I hope it's not too bad with your friend. May all her troubles pass easily!
