Tulips have opened fully now
So I thought I would have a look inside the blooms with my macro settings on my camera on the phone
Sadly keeping my hand steady is a problem
But this picture gives a good idea of what the inside of the bloom looks like

@Ineeddentures I think someone that really knows their flowers would be able to tell from your picture that it’s a tulip. No?

Well that's because it's a macro shot taken looking at.the bits on the middle of the bloom Lena

@Ineeddentures - I know it's not easy. This is one I took last year of a bell pepper little flower with a small insect on it.

@ineeddentiures Impressive. I’ve been sitting in the warm sunshine among my tulips this afternoon regretting not having a suitable beverage to sip and having to make do with a can of G&T from the back of the fridge which, I hasten to add, is not my preferred tipple.
